We sincerely hope that all our products reach you in perfect condition, and that you will be very happy with your purchase.

Whilst every care is taken to safely pack your items for shipping,accidents can happen through the Postal Service process

In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged on receipt, we  request you contact us immediately.

We may ask you to return the product, unopened with all original packaging to us for investigation (at our cost).

If our investigation concludes that damage was a direct result of our packaging process,we will offer you a full refund or replacement item(s) at no further costs to you.

Damages caused by other means (e.g. forced through a letterbox!, that  has happened before !!) OR through the postal system,you as the customer, would then have to take the matter up with the Postal Service Provider.
