To enable us to do this, we must ask that the following terms be adhered to, this is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Your Purchase & Payment Once you have chosen your item(s) and have proceeded to the checkout, please ensure the following details are correct. 1. The correct item/colour/fragrance choice (if applicable) 2. The correct total (including shipping costs if applicable) 3. Your name/delivery address/contact details are correct We are not responsible for incorrect information leading to wrong items being delivered or, to the wrong address We prefer Paypal as it is the fastest and safest way to make payments on-line, but we do accept Credit/Debit Cards, and UK Postal Orders/ Cheques. MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT Please be aware that in the event of your Order being under £10.00, we reserve the right to contact you to either:- 1. Ask you to purchase other items to bring the total to £10.00 or over. 2. To REFUND your Payment and CANCEL your Order after 48 hours if you have not responded to our request. We do not wish to offend Customers, but we have to do this to keep the costs down for YOU the Customer. Shipping All orders unless otherwise agreed, will be dispatched within 5 working days of receiving cleared payments.Wholesale Orders may take slightly longer, but we'll ALWAYS e-mail you.Large Wholesale Orders (over 500 soaps) can take 28 days or more,but are normally dispatched within 14 days. If payment is made via Cheque or Postal Order, please ensure they are "crossed" so that if they get lost or stolen they cannot be cashed by anyone else.We will advise you when we have recieved your payment. We will confirm dispatch of your order via e-mail Whilst we will always obtain proof of postage etc, we cannot be held responsible for items being lost/stolen or damaged once they leave us. We would, however, make every effort to help trace anything that is lost during the shipping process. We would be happy to offer a recorded delivery service (at an extra cost) for your peace of mind.
